Growing up in an entrepreneurial family, Brad was immersed in the world of business from an early age.

This upbringing instilled in him a deep understanding of the challenges and triumphs that come with running a company. Throughout his career, Brad has worn many hats—working in sales, operations, product management, analytics, and finance/M&A.

His diverse experience allows him to approach each client’s unique situation with a well-rounded perspective, always prioritizing the needs of founder-owned businesses. Brad’s passion for helping entrepreneurs thrive drives him to guide clients through every step of their journey, ensuring they achieve their goals and unlock their full potential.

Prior to founding Bostic Advisory, Brad worked at Truist Securities in the Truist Business Advisory group, which is dedicated to sell-side M&A advisory for founder-owned businesses. Brad’s transaction experience consists of deal sizes ranging from $10MM enterprise value to $700MM+EV across industrials, consumer and retail, and healthcare industries.

Before his work at Truist Securities, Brad worked at Genuine Parts Company and held many different roles of increasing responsibility in retail, warehouse operations, sales management, M&A analysis, category analysis, and product management.

Brad attended The University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business where he received an M.B.A., Accounting and Finance, and Samford’s Brock School of Business where he received a B.S.B.A. in Entrepreneurship.
